How do I book an ice time? |

How will my ice time booking be confirmed? |
A |
You will receive confirmation of your ice booking by return email. Should you not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call the ice-coordinator to confirm your booking |

What is the cost of ice rental? |
A |
The regular cost of ice rental is $100/hr. For block bookings, or for weekly bookings a reduced rate may be offered. Contract the ice-coordinator for more information on special rates |

How do we pay the ice rental? |
A |
Bring cash or a cheque payable to “Beiseker Minor Hockey” for the total amount of your booking. Booking fees will be determined on the ¼ hour basis. G.S.T. is not collected on ice rentals fees. |

Is there a deposit required for the ice rental? |
A |
Generally, our bookings are based on the honour system and no deposit is required. Should renters abuse this system by not providing adequate cancellation notice or by not providing adequate payment, their booking privileges shall be withdrawn. |

What is adequate cancellation notice? |
A |
Organizations booking ice are asked to provide as much notice of cancellation as possible in order to allow the ice time to be re rented. 10 days cancellation notice is preferred to allow teams to rebook the ice. Should weather conditions prevent using the ice, please call the arena directly regarding your cancellation. |
